Agenda settings
Your working hours, time off and how clients may book you
Your working week
Hours outside this pattern are shaded in the agenda and are never offered to clients.
Breaks
A break punches a hole in the working day - lunch, for example.
How clients may book you
Visibility
Your own booking page
A page that books YOU: the client picks what it is about, a free moment in your agenda and leaves their details. Put the link in your mail signature or hand it to a client - it only works for whoever has it.
No CAPTCHA is switched on yet, so this page cannot ask a visitor to prove they are human. An administrator turns one on under Settings - Security - CAPTCHA.
Where your day starts
Used to sort inspectors by distance for a client's address. The company address is used when you leave this empty.

Time off
Leave, sick days and any other period nobody may book. A whole day, several days, or just a few hours.
Leave "To" empty for a single day.
Applies to every day in the range.
Who may see my agenda
Give a colleague a look at your calendar, or let them plan in it. Clients are not involved here - that is the "Bookings" tab.

Your agenda on your phone
A subscription link puts this agenda in the calendar app on your phone or laptop. It is read-only: you plan in the CRM, your phone only shows it. How often it refreshes is decided by your device - most check a few times a day.
Google Calendar (live)
A real two-way connection with your work Google account: appointments appear on your phone within seconds, and your own Google events block the moments clients can book here. You decide - nothing is connected until you press the button.
How to add it
- iPhone / iPad: Settings - Apps - Calendar - Calendar Accounts - Add Account - Other - Add Subscribed Calendar, then paste the link.
- Google Calendar: Other calendars - + - From URL, then paste the link. Google decides when it refreshes (often only every few hours).
- Outlook: Add calendar - Subscribe from web, then paste the link.
- Android: add the link to your Google account as above - the phone then shows it in its own calendar app.
Treat the link like a password: anyone who has it can read this agenda. Lost a phone? Press "New link" - the old one stops working right away, and you paste the new one on the devices you still use.
